Once upon a time, we parked our food truck outside of a gas station deli on Almeda Rd. in Houston, TX. We served the community with fast and casual but fresh and healthy meals. Our chef whipped up Mediterranean recipes that were the real deal – family recipes handed down generations. Eventually, word got around, and people began to pour in. And they kept coming
They requested us to add more items to our menu and we responded enthusiastically. Soon, the few al fresco tables were not enough to accommodate everyone. So we decided to move to a restaurant. At the same spot!
